This seasoning is perfect to enrich pasta dishes and it is made with fresh vegetables among which the white eggplant from Senise (PZ) P.A.T. certified (P.A.T. is an official approval for traditional Italian regional food products).  Also available:

- with pumpkin and courgettes;

- with mushrooms and pistachios;

- with turnip greens.
