FRISELLE TONDE INTEGRALI (260 g - 280 g)
FRISELLE MADE WITH WHOLE-WHEAT FLOUR differently from the classic frisella, they are realised with whole-wheat flour following the same process: after making the dough, the baker obtains some sticks rolled up in the shape of "tarallo". After the first baking, they are cut longitudinally and baked again in order to dry the inner part. A real crunchy delight!
