Produced with fresh local vegetables, without dyes or preservatives.
Blackberry honey (250 g)
Refreshing and remineralizing honey produced in Italy by selected beekeepers, dark and delicate, not very sweet. The wild blackberry is a shrub that grows spontaneously at the edge of the woods and in uncultivated areas throughout Europe. Recommended as honey to be consumed on summer days. It can be paired with fresh, unripened cheeses. Excellent for example with ricotta.
A secret tip...if your honey looks crystallized, don't worry: it depends from the higher concentration of glucose than the sugar fructose, its benefical qualities are preserved!
