Refreshing and remineralizing honey produced in Italy by selected beekeepers, dark and delicate, not very sweet. The wild blackberry is a shrub that grows spontaneously at the edge of the woods and in uncultivated areas throughout Europe. Recommended as honey to be consumed on summer days. It can be paired with fresh, unripened cheeses. Excellent for example with ricotta.

Coriander is an annual herbaceous species, aromatic and officinal, belonging to the Apiaceae family and resembles the parsley plant even if it can reach 50 cm in height. Honey is medium sweet, pungent, of candied exotic fruit, aromatic. Delicious to accompany meat, especially beef and chicken. Thanks to the slightly large crystal texture, it goes well with mature cheeses. It is an ideal sweetener for teas and infusions of various types.

Wildflower honey (250 g)

The term multiflower honey indicates a type of honey derived from multiple flowers (originally multiflorale). Actually honey derived from a single flower (monofloral) 100% does not exist because it is not possible to drive the bees to certain flowers. Having said that honey would be all multiflorale. Wildflower honey is usually solid consistency (crystallized honey) and has a color that can be clear, from shades of pale yellow to white opaque or dark shades of red to those of brown. The flavor varies according to the types of honey that are present. On the other hand wildflower dark honey usually it has a strong flavor with taste more or less bitter. From a nutritional standpoint the wildflower honey is considered the most comprehensive honey.
